LATEST UPDATE Pope Francis' Health Improves Slightly - he Received the Eucharist and Completed Some Work

Vatican News released on the evening of Sat., March 8, that the clinical conditions demonstrate a good response to therapy. The prognosis remains reserved. This morning Pope Francis prayed in the Chapel and in the afternoon he alternated rest and work activities
"The clinical conditions of the Holy Father in recent days have remained stable and, consequently, demonstrate a good response to therapy. A gradual, slight improvement is therefore recorded.
The Holy Father has always remained afebrile. Gas exchanges have improved; blood tests and blood counts remain stable. The doctors, in order to record these initial improvements in the coming days, are prudently maintaining the prognosis still reserved.
This morning the Holy Father, after receiving the Eucharist, gathered in prayer inside the Chapel of the private apartment, while in the afternoon he alternated rest with work activities".
This is what is reported in the bulletin of the Holy See Press Office released this evening, Saturday 8 March, regarding the state of health of Pope Francis, hospitalized since 14 February at the Gemelli Polyclinic in Rome.
