Wow - New Miss Universe Winner 2023 Nicaragua's Sheynnis Cornejo Thanks God and Modeled her Dress on the Blessed Virgin Mary!



Sheynnis Alondra Palacios Cornejo, who was born on the 30th of May 2000, is a Nicaraguan model and was crowned Miss Universe 2023. She was crowned Miss Nicaragua 2023, she was the first Nicaraguan to win Miss Universe and the first to win one of the Big Four international beauty pageants. She was grateful to God for her victory, Miss Universe 2023 Sheynnis Palacios dedicated her victory to God, her fellow contestants, her country, and her family. According to reports, her dress was modeled on the Virgin Mary. 
After her win she pointed to God. In an Interview, after becoming Miss Universe she explained:
"I am a Christian person. I am Catholic. To me prayer is a way I feel more comfortable. When I say thank God; it's because this crown is not mine; it is for Him. It is for all the delegates that I share with and it is also for my country and my family."
