#BreakingNews Catholic Claretian Missionary Priest Kidnapped in Haiti - Please Pray for Fr. Antoine Macaire Christian Noah

On Tuesday, February 7, the Claretian Missionaries released that one of its priests was kidnapped in Haiti.

They ask for prayers. In the morning hours of February 07 2023, the Missionary Claretian Fr. Antoine Macaire Christian Noah, was kidnapped while heading to his community Missionary of Kazal , Haiti . The Independent Delegation of the Claretian Missionaries in the West Indies reported the incident.  Kazal, is nearly 34 kilometers north of Port-au-Prince, the country's capital. 


The kidnappers have notified “the Superior of their missionary community asking for money in exchange for their release,” according to the statement from the Claretians. Fr. Antoine is originally from Cameroon and for the past year has been vicar in the parish of Saint Michael Archangel in Kazal. “We request everyone to unite in prayer that the P. Antoine be released safe and sound," says the note signed by Fr. Fausto Cruz Rosa, Senior, Major of the West Indies Delegation.
