Resignation of the Promoter of Justice (turning 75) of the Vatican City State, appointment of the new Promoter and appointment of Adjunct Promoter of Justice

The Holy Father has accepted the resignation presented by the Ch.mo Prof. Gian Piero Milano, Promoter of Justice of the Vatican City State and has appointed the new Promoter of Justice of the Vatican City State the Ch.mo Prof. Avv. Alessandro Diddi , Professor of Criminal Procedure Law at the University of Calabria, currently Adjunct Promoter of Justice.

At the same time he appointed Prof. Settimio Carmignani Caridi, former Professor of Canon and Ecclesiastical Law at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" and Professor in charge of Vatican Law at the "School of Vatican Law" of the L.U.M.S.A.
