1st Wife of Ex-President Trump - Ivana Trump's Funeral Held in an Historic Catholic Church in New York - RIP
Ivana Trump, the late ex-wife of former President Donald Trump, was born in Zlin, Czechoslovakia, in 1949. She was born to Catholic parents who refused to join the Communist Party. She died at age 73 on July 14th, from a fall. Her funeral was held at the historic, St. Vincent Ferrer Roman Catholic church in New York City.
She became a competitive skier as a member of the Czech junior national ski team. Briefly married to an Austrian ski instructor, she moved to Canada, where she worked as a ski instructor and a model. She met Donald Trump while modeling and the pair married in 1977. Ivana worked closely with Donald Trump to expand his real estate business. The couple had three children during their marriage, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric Trump and ten grandchildren. Donald and Ivana had a divorce in 1992. Following her marriage, Ivana developed a line of clothing, beauty products, and jewelry. She married and divorced twice and wrote several books.
