March for Life Speakers Include Fr. Mike Schmitz and Actor Kirk Cameron! FULL LIST for the March for Life in Washington DC

The 49th annual March for Life on January 21, 2022, in Washington, D.C., USA, will proceed as planned with a kick-off concert by Matthew West at 11:00 AM followed by the rally at noon and the march to the Supreme Court at 1:15 PM.

 

 While the March for Life itself is not affected, indoor events will have a few modifications due to the District of Columbia’s current Covid regulations.

 The March for Life Education and Defense Fund announced its full list of speakers for the 49th annual March for Life on January 21, 2022. Marchers will be addressed in person by Members of Congress, Down Syndrome advocate Katie Shaw, Duck Dynasty star Lisa Robertson, actor Kirk Cameron, and other prominent pro-life leaders who stories will inspire marchers to build a culture of life. Fr. Mike Schmitz, the Keynote Speaker for this year’s March for Life Rose Dinner, will also speak at the rally.

The theme for this year’s March for Life, Equality Begins in the Womb, highlights how true equality is only possible if we recognize that children in the womb also deserve protection.

March for Life Rally Friday, January 21, 2022 begins at 12:00pmET

• Katie Shaw, Down Syndrome Advocate
• Chris Smith, United States House of Representatives (NJ-04)
• George Schuberg, student speaker – Christendom College
• Kristen Waggoner, General Counsel – Alliance Defending Freedom
• Rachel Young, Registered Nurse

The opening and closing prayers will be delivered by His Eminence, Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, Orthodox Church in the US, and by Cissie Graham Lynch of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, respectively.

Matthew West, the GMA Dove Award®-winning and GRAMMY Award®-nominated artist/songwriter, will be performing at this year’s Pre-Rally Concert from 11am-noon.

Students from Christendom College in Front Royal, VA and Immanuel Lutheran High School in Alexandria, VA will carry the banner and flags at the front of this year’s march.

The 49th annual March for Life, the world’s largest annual human rights demonstration, will be held on January 21, 2022 in Washington, DC. The March for Life will continue share more information as we draw closer to the day of the March.
