Week of Hope to mark the tenth anniversary of
Ecclesia in Europa, the papal exhortation published on 29 June 2003 by Pope John Paul II. Today, in the light of the current crisis, scepticism and doubt sometimes seem to dominate . However, looking back to what we have achieved in Europe, we should all remain
hopeful Europeans. In the year of European citizenship, we encourage you to transmit your hopes through your work and personal commitment to European citizens by joining the
Week of Hope, from 23-27 June at the heart of the European Quarter.
