Romereports.com REPORT- The highly anticipated film “There Be Dragons” has been released in the United States. The film was widely received by audiences in Spain since it's release in March and will now enter the American box office. The movie tells the story of Saint Josemaría Escrivá, the founder of Opus Dei, who lived through the persecution of Catholic priests during the Spanish Civil War.
The acclaimed director Roland Joffé says the movie has a message for everyone.

“This movie is made for all human beings, with the sure knowledge that all human begins count, all human beings, all human beings have value, and all human beings, as far as Josemaria would say, are capable of being saints.”
The film also shows off an all-star cast including Wes Bentley from “American Beauty,” Olga Kurylenko from “Quantum of Solace,” and Charley Cox from “Stardust” and “Casanova.”
Charley Cox

“I hope that the people who do go and see it will be able to walk away and say 'He was not just an extraordinary priest but also an extraordinary man' regardless of whether you agree with what he has to say or not.”
The film is expected to draw a large audience in the United States, not only from Catholics, but people of every faith due to what Roland Joffé has called the film's universal theme of forgiveness.
